Orders

How do I place an order?

Select your size and color, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be guided step by step.

Can I add items to my order?

For security reasons, we cannot charge your card for more than the amount you have already approved. If you wish to add items, please place a new order. If your first order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us via the contact form, and we’ll cancel it for you.

I ordered the wrong size, what to do?

Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form and let us know the correct size. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to change it if possible.

I entered incorrect information in my order

If you entered the wrong phone number, address, or forgot part of your address, please contact us via the contact form so we can update your details and make sure your package arrives safely.

Shipping & delivery

How long will it take to get my orders?

We ship your package as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time for packages within Denmark is 1–3 business days. During busy periods, delivery may take a little longer.

Do you ship overseas?

At the moment, we only ship to customers in Denmark, but stay tuned - We hope to expand to worldwide shipping soon!

Can I pick up my order at your location?

Yes, you can select 'Pick up at head office' when placing your order. Pick up is available at Transportbuen 11, 4700 Næstved, Monday–Friday between 8:30–15:30. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.

How much is shipping?

Orders above 600 DKK qualify for free delivery to a parcel shop with PostNord or GLS.

For orders under 600 DKK, delivery to a parcel shop costs 49 DKK, and home delivery costs 59 DKK.

For orders outside of Denmark, shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.

How do I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with PostNord and GLS, who ensure reliable and fast delivery.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your card will only be charged when your order is shipped. For pick up at our head office, the amount will be charged once your order is ready for collection.

When will I receive my refund for a return?

Processing returns can take up to 14 days from the time we receive the package. Refunds usually appear in your account within 2-30 days, depending on your bank and card issuer.

Yes, you can find our size guide under each product and here.

How should I care for my lingerie and swimwear?

We recommend hand washing to protect the delicate materials. Always follow the care label instructions.

Where are your products made?

Our products are manufactured in Europe by carefully selected partners.

Returns & complaints

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via the contact form, and we’ll guide you through the process.

You are also welcome to return your items directly to our address:

Monday–Friday between 8:30–15:30.

Simply hand in your package at reception.

What address should I send returns to?

If you want to return the parcel without using our help, you need to send it directly to our location.

Please send your return as a package (not a letter) so it can be tracked. Always keep the receipt and tracking number from your parcel shop or post office.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can place a new order and return the items you don’t want. If the price of the new item has changed since your purchase, please contact our customer service for assistance via the contact form.

I sent back a return – have you received it?

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. This may take up to 14 days after we receive the package. If you used our return label and saved the tracking number, you can track the parcel yourself.

I need to make a complaint – what should I do?

If your item has a fault, you are entitled to a 2-year warranty. Please contact us via the contact form, and we will help you.

I received a gift but would like to return it.

If you received a gift and wish to return it, we can issue a credit voucher equal to the purchase price of the item(s). Please include a note in your return package stating:

“I would like a voucher sent to xxxx@xxxx.com”.

Remember to also include the order slip from the return, so we can locate the order in our system.

I received the wrong or missing items.

Please contact us via the contact form and let us know what is missing or incorrect. We’ll investigate the issue immediately and find a solution.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we don’t have a store, but you can pick up and return orders at our address in Næstved:

Transportbuen 11, 4700 Næstved (Monday–Friday, 8:30–15:30).
